How we work
At story. we understand it’s scary to outsource your business - especially if you’ve never done it before. Our process works by creating a holistic marketing core that works for you. This begins with a complimentary consultation to see if we are a good fit for each other.
Complimentary consultation
This is our initial meet and greet by phone or video call. It provides us with an opportunity to get to know each other and for me to hear your story. I will learn about your business goals and dreams and how marketing can help you achieve them. After our initial consultation, you’ll receive a proposal with recommended next steps.
Proposal
Following our initial consultation, you will receive a proposal that outlines our understanding of your requirements, key objectives, recommended approach, budget, timeline and some examples of our work. Once you’re happy with the proposal, it’s your turn to say “I do”.
Onboarding
Welcome aboard! You’re now officially a client of story. All of our new clients receive a 2-hour set up or kick-off meeting where we will deep dive into your story. This includes a thorough investigation of your business goals, target audiences, access to all relevant social and website platforms and your photo/video library so we can start creating scroll-stopping content.
